BEGINNER SERIES (8 WEEK SERIES)
This program is to guide and teach the basics in cardio dance, barre, and full body workouts. It’s for all ages and is geared toward beginners in fitness or those returning after a long break or injury.
These 45-minute classes are instructed by Jackie Henderson.
Get back to fitness in a safe and encouraging atmosphere.
Classes are on Tuesday's at 5:30pm
*Current unlimited members can attend as part of your membership. Punch card holders can attend as a punch on your card.
